Missy Phillips

I have been a licensed Texas Realtor since 1995.  I have more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry and Keller Williams is my home.  It is always my mission to negotiate a win-win for both sides of the transaction regardless of the side I represent.

Having never left the town that I grew up in, I have seen all the changes that have taken place first hand. This allows me to provide my customers and clients with a wealth of personal knowledge and experience when working with them to buy or sell a home.  There is a great sense of accomplishment that comes with helping a buyer or seller negotiate a deal that either puts them in a new home or moves them out of a home and into the next stage of their life.  I take pride in the fact that most of my customers/clients become my friends during their transaction and don't hesitate to call me for information or just stop by the office to say hello long after their transaction has closed.

I graduated from Waxahachie High School, I've been married a really long time and I have 2 grown children (I really want to say 2 babies but that hardly seems appropriate since they are both over 20!)

I am very active in the community and currently serve on the boards of Carter BloodCare and The Salvation Army.

I love baseball (my husband and son both played for the Waxahachie Indians) and stay very involved with the high school baseball boosters (RBI Club), running the concession stand during home games.

I have 2 sisters who have undergone treatment for breast cancer and am an avid supporter and 3Day walker for the Susan G Komen 3Day for the Cure.
